AN innocent man who served nearly seven years for the rape of two sisters
was cleared yesterday after new evidence showed one girl was a serial sex
liar.

David Carrington-Jones, 64, was jailed for ten years in 2000 after he was
convicted for a rape and a sex attack against each of the teenagers.

He lost out on parole by refusing to admit the crimes on the girls - known
as KJ and LJ for legal reasons.

The Criminal Cases Review Commission took up his case after it emerged KJ
was cautioned for wasting police time after she cried rape against her
stepdad - because she did not like him.

It found KJ, now 23, had also accused her brother of rape, and alleged three
others, including her fiancé and an ex, had sexually assaulted her, London's
Appeal Court heard yesterday.

Police did not investigate any of the complaints because of lack of evidence
and changes in the girl's stories.

KJ, who with her sister had "moderate learning disabilities" - later
admitted to cops she lied in AT LEAST two of the cases.

Unsafe
Yesterday, Sir Igor Judge said there was no evidence LJ also lied about Mr
Carrington-Jones.

But he said the risk the girls "got their heads together and made up a
 story" meant the convictions were "demonstrably unsafe" and would be
quashed.

Sir Igor warned of the dreadful consequences of false rape claims.

He said: "Rape is a repulsive crime. It requires substantial punishment. On
the other hand just because rape is a repulsive crime, a false allegation
can have very dreadful consequences, obviously and immediately, for the
innocent man who has not perpetrated the crime."

Mr Carrington-Jones, of Burgess Hill, West Sussex, was released in August
after serving six years and eight months. He said after the hearing: "I am
very relieved.

"I knew I'd not be released early unless I admitted these false allegations.
I remained true to myself and the consequence was that five years later, in
December 2005, I was refused parole, and the same thing happened again in
December 2006."

The judge did not name KJ to protect her sister's identity.

And yet the judge doesn't state that this repulsive crime of false
allegations does "require substantial punishment". It fact in a fair number
of places making false allegations will get you less time than jaywalking,
because at least with jaywalking you will get a ticket and a fine.

All she got was a warning. And she remained anonymous. Several false
accusation cases have made the news recently - confirming again the
deceit of feminism's contention that women don't lie about rape.

Where are the journalists and politicians demanding that this women
take responsibility for falsely depriving other people of years of
freedom? Silent. Nowhere. Why? Because they don't want equality. They
want preference. And so - this silence tells us - does Western society

There's no gender equality without paternal certainty and 50/50
physical child custody.

And this is the problem.

Judges, lawyers, and other alpha males are still determined to
'protect' women - at the expense of men.

Until this changes, women will continue to have privilege without
responsibility.
